PaperWorks has established this hotline for a specific purpose: for team members, supplies, customers, and the community to safely report fraud, unlawful, unethical, and other types of improper behavior. This hotline is NOT a substitute for routine communications within our organization between team members and their supervisors or HR Representatives, particularly regarding workplace duties, questions, and concerns, and other job-related issues. This hotline is an additional communication tool for specific types of situations and is provided because we believe that it is a good business practice to do so.

Mitratech is an independent provider that helps your organization identify improper activity. We are committed to protecting the identity of all persons who use our secure reporting system. Reports are submitted by Mitratech to the organization’s designee and may or may not be investigated at the organization’s sole discretion. Although we will not disclose your identity without your express permission, it is possible that your identity may be discovered during an investigation of the matter reported because of information you have provided.
